Becca Arnold

Becca Arnold
ACE Trained for Group Fitness, Stott Pilates Certification

Becca Arnold

Becca’s training journey started with lots of fear due to back injuries and general body discomfort. She slowly found ways to exercise that her body could handle, building her way toward fitness one workout at a time — and along the way discovered how much she enjoyed it.

Having traveled a tough road herself, she firmly believes that there’s always a modification that’ll help you accomplish your workout, even when your body says “hell no.” When not at Sync, Becca cruises the streets of Seattle in her Mini Cooper, nicknamed ‘The Swayze’ — because, “he’s gorgeous, he knows how to dance, and he never puts me in a corner.”

Lizelle Ramores Din

Lizelle’s first athletic endeavor was founding a dodgeball league. Next, she spent four seasons with the Windy City Rollers—Chicago’s premiere roller derby league. Eventually, her passion for functional fitness, injury prevention and sports enhancement inspired her to become a personal trainer. Her love of group exercise, non-conventional sports and outdoor adventure brought her to where she is today.

After moving to Seattle, she met a group of kettlebell athletes and soon became one herself. She recently placed in the World Kettlebell Championships. When not at Sync, Lizelle enjoys graphic design, photography, and occasional pancake slinging.

Bob Park

Bob Park
ACE certified Personal Trainer

Bob Park

A trainer since 2010, Bob began his fitness journey in high school. He’s studied martial arts for 20 years, and does a lot of weight lifting, plus Olympic lifting, bodybuilding and power lifting.

Bob’s training philosophy focuses on functional fitness — using the whole body rather than overloading one specific body part. Bob says: “Fitness is cumulative over life…it makes more sense to have long term goals for fitness than short term. Even though a workout might be hard, over time you’ll consistently get better and improve.” When not at Sync, Bob runs the Leskas School, training in the Phillipino martial art of stickfighting.

Steve Waterbury

Steve Waterbury
ACE certified Personal Trainer

Steve Waterbury
Steve loves to get people moving, period. He believes it’s critical to unwind and shake off your day with a little self-care in the form of exercise! Steve likes to keep the vibe relaxed, but challenging. He knows that with the right form, and modifications, classes can be just the right balance of tough and fun for everyone.

One of his favorite things is seeing people making mental breakthroughs — watching things click as those key mind-body connections are being made. When not at Sync, Steve loves to travel. His “my way is not the only way to live” philosophy drives him to experience other cultures, and see how other people live their lives.
