<p>Because the last two Rapid Fat Loss Programs sold out so fast and a bunch of you have been sitting on the waiting list (thank you for your patience!!), I wanted to get this Winter program up and running asap.  So here ya go . . . . Details for my Winter 4 Week Rapid Fat Loss Program:</p>

This program will begin with a Kick Off Meeting on Wednesday, January 18th.  We will have Initial Assessments Sunday, January 22nd.  You will officially begin the program Monday, January 23rd.  We will end with Final Assessments on Sunday, February 19th. </b></p>
<p><b>WHAT TO EXPECT during your 4 Week Rapid Fat Loss Program:</b></p>
<p>• 6-20 lbs of weight loss<br />
• 2-4 inches off your waist<br />
• Firmer arms, legs and buns<br />

<p>As always, I have some expectations of you if you commit to this program. Your success very much depends on your dedication and discipline.<br />

WHAT I EXPECT OF YOU during your 4 Week Rapid Fat Loss Program:</b></p>
<p>1. You will commit to exercising 5 days a week.  This includes 3 group training sessions (as seen in above video) with Sync Fitness and 2 cardio sessions on your own.  Alternatively, you may attend as many as 5 sessions a week with Sync Fitness.</p>
<p>Group Training Sessions with Sync Fitness will take place:<br />
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6-6:45AM<br />
Tuesday/Thursday 5:45-6:30PM<br />
Saturdays at 8-8:45AM</p>
<p>All sessions will take place at <b>The Fitness Lab(3410 Stone Way North, Seattle 98103)</b> in Wallingford.</p>
<p>2. You will commit to eating a healthy and clean diet.  (I’ll give you a full nutrition plan and recipes.)</p>
<p>3. You will allow me to take and use your before/after data and photos to brag about you and motivate others. Initial Assessments will take place on Sunday, January 22nd . Final Assessments will take place on Sunday, February 19th.</p>

<p>• <b>ASSESSMENTS:</b> This is the fun stuff. I will take and compile your before and after data and photos. I will measure and track your weight, and waist circumference measurements. •<b> STRENGTH TRAINING and HIIT SESSIONS:</b> I will give you an exercise program that maximizes your workout time to make you a lean, mean calorie burning machine. You’ll meet with us for awesome group workouts 3 days a week. No more guessing what exercises to do! I will also make sure that you’re performing exercises in a safe way to minimize the risk of injury and blast calories like never before. VALUE = $247<br />
• <b>CARDIO WORKOUTS:</b> I will show you ways to make cardio fly by and burn more calories that you ever thought possible. I’ll even teach you some special tricks to burn more calories in your sleep! VALUE = $127<br />
• <b>NUTRITION:</b>You know what you should eat, but you just haven’t taken the time and effort to clean up your diet, right? I’ll give you a specific meal plan to follow with a ton of recipes. Nothing crazy or super restrictive – just good, healthy, clean eating. VALUE = $287<br />

If you are a current Boot Camper (on the 3 day a week plan), your cost is $147.  You would spend twice as much signing up for 4 weeks of personal training, so this is a really great deal. 3. Can you eat clean and closely follow my meal plan in spite of upcoming events?<br />
4. Can you cut alcohol out completely for the first two weeks of the program and limit yourself to 2 drinks a week for the last 2 weeks of the program?<br />

<p>Because all my weight loss programs sell out quickly, I have an application process to make sure I’m only selecting people who are really ready to commit to this life changing process.  If this is not the right time for you, no worries, I will offer other programs down the road. <p>1.	What makes you a good candidate for this program at this time (January 23rd &#8211; February 20th)?  NOTE: I take this question very seriously. Please give it some thought. I need to know you’re ready to commit.<br />
2. Can you attend at least three workouts each week at the following times: Mon/Wed/Fri 6am, Tu/Th 5:45pm, Sat 8am?<br />
3. Can you eat clean and closely follow my meal plan in spite of upcoming events?<br />
4. Can you cut alcohol out completely for the first two weeks of the program and limit yourself to 2 drinks a week for the last 2 weeks of the program?<br />
5. Can you handle before and after pictures, measurements, and weekly weigh ins?<br />

<p>Sync Fitness Outdoor Boot Camp is all wrapped up.  We had a ton of fun getting stronger and faster and more fit this summer.  Starting September 15 Sync Fitness classes will move back indoors to Seattle’s best training studio, The Fitness Lab.  I am so excited to announce my new class schedule!  With the new and improved Fitness Lab location in Fremont/Wallingford I will be able to offer more classes to more people.  I am thrilled to be able to reach more of you!  Please read through the info below to see if my new classes fit your fitness needs.</p>
<p>CLASS DESCRIPTION:<br />
Sync Fitness’s new classes will be a combination of Indoor Boot Camp and Circuit Classes many of you have taken before.  Because we will have much more space than we’ve had in the past, we will be movin’ and shakin’ and sweatin’ quite a bit.  As always, I will be able to modify class activities to accommodate many fitness levels.  If you’re just getting back into exercise I will be able to help you find the best ways to break a sweat without breaking a leg.  If you’ve been training with me all summer and you’re ready to step it up a notch, I’m ready to bring it on!</p>
<p>DAYS/TIMES:<br />
Tuesdays and Thursdays starting September 15th<br />
6:00 – 6:50 AM<br />
6:00 – 6:50 PM</p>
<p>There is no end date for classes. I will offer these classes on an ongoing basis from here on out – yippee!</p>
<p>LOCATION:<br />
The Fitness Lab<br />
3410 Stone Way North<br />
Seattle, WA 98103</p>
<p>Our new location is 6 blocks south of the old location.  We share The Kite Shop/Subway Sandwich parking lot.  There are 4 marked parking spots in front of the studio.  In addition, there is street parking and a pay lot, as a last resort.</p>
<p>PAYMENT:<br />
&#36;165 per month &#40;&#36;160 per month if you register by September 8&#41;<br />
&#36;20 set up fee &#40;waived if you register by September 8&#41;</p>
<p>Because classes are now being offered on an ongoing basis, this is a monthly fee rather than an upfront payment for an 8 week series, as in the past. This means less money up front. When you register for class you will be billed monthly, via electronic payments. You can pay by credit or debit card, as many of you have been requesting for some time – woo hoo! Your registration is ongoing until you decide to cancel it. You are not obligated to any length of time.</p>
<p>**Your monthly payment allows you to attend any or all Sync Fitness classes each week. Feel free to attend all 4 every week!**</p>

<p>I spent the weekend at a bootcamp conference.  Yes &#8211; two whole days of learning the latest and greatest about running bootcamps and similar classes.  SO MUCH FUN!  Needless to say, my body is sore all over after trying out tons of new drills and techniques.  The best part was we got to play with so many toys: kettle bells, agility ladders, medicine balls, dinosaur eggs, foam rollers, swiss balls, slosh bars and slosh balls&#8230;.  My mind is reeling with excitement!</p>
<p>And how will this benefit you, you ask??  I will be using bringing all the fun to you in my current Resolutionaries Class in Wallingford, my next indoor circuit class (in Wallingford or Magnolia) and then this Spring in a GREENLAKE OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP!  So, if you&#8217;re up for some fun, contact me about checking out one of my current classes or let me know you want to be added to my email roster to be invited to future classes. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The New Year is here and with it comes tons of people swearing that <em>this </em>will be the year they get in better shape.  If you&#8217;re among those people making a promise to yourself, you must come check out my new Tues/Thurs evening class &#8211; Resolutionaries 2009.  The first class was last night and it was a great success.  Class is set up in a circuit format, where you&#8217;re rotating exercises and sweating and laughing and singing between stations.  We&#8217;re meeting at the Fitness Lab in Wallingford until February 12 &#8211; you HAVE to come join in the fun!</p>
<p>Beware &#8211; I&#8217;m going to an entire conference on BOOTCAMPS this weekend.  I&#8217;m sure to get TONS of super fun/hard/make-ya-wanna-lose-your-lunch ideas!  I can&#8217;t wait to share them in class next Tuesday!</p>
